Common questions
The app won't open / macOS blocks it
Only use beta builds sent through the official invite flow after release proof passes. If macOS blocks a build or the signature looks wrong, stop and email us before opening it.
A connector isn't working
We only list connectors that pass a live end-to-end test, so this should be rare. Tell us which connector and what you saw, and we'll jump on it.
How do I pause or remove everything?
Use the Kill Switch in the app to pause all agent access instantly. To fully remove the app, your stored keys, and local state, run the uninstaller with the full-clean option (see the in-app guide) or email us and we'll walk you through it.
