Agent Master Key Refund and Prior-Customer Rights Policy

1. Public Preview

Agent Master Key 0.0.16 is a Public Preview with launch access to all product capabilities. Version 0.0.16 will not be remotely downgraded. Material terms for later releases will be announced at agentmasterkey.com/blog at least seven days before they apply.

This policy remains published to protect people who obtained access before July 16, 2026. The Public Preview does not reduce their contractual or statutory rights.

2. Prior Transactions

For access obtained before the Public Preview, AM Accelerated LLC continues to review:

Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
Access-delivery failures requiring support correction.
Any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Prior final-sale terms remain effective except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. We do not display historical offer amounts in this policy.

3. Requesting Review

Email support@agentmasterkey.com and include the order number, the email address used for the transaction, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, agent keys, full payment-card details, or other secrets.

We do not publish an acknowledgment or response-time promise that has not been proved by a real inbox round-trip.

If a remedy is approved, legacy entitlement state may be updated. No local vault, audit trail, connector configuration, or agent-key record is deleted or modified as part of that update.

4. Consumer Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable statutory right. Consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have rights in addition to this policy, including rights relating to digital content, unauthorized transactions, and failure to supply conforming software.

5. Data Handling

Agent Master Key is local-first. Provider credentials and agent-key secrets remain in the encrypted local vault on the user's Mac. AM Accelerated LLC does not have access to those stored credentials.

Payment processors may retain transaction records under their own privacy policies. AM Accelerated LLC retains only the prior transaction and entitlement records needed for accounting, support, disputes, and legally required remedies, as described in the Privacy Policy.
