Agent Master Key Refund and Prior-Customer Rights Policy

1. Who This Policy Covers

Agent Master Key is sold as a 3-day free trial followed by a paid subscription ($10/month or $99/year) once paid plans launch. This policy states the refund rule for subscriptions (Section 2) and preserves every right attached to earlier access (Section 3).

Builds installed during the free launch window or the Public Preview will not be remotely downgraded. If later releases use materially different commercial terms, notice is published at agentmasterkey.com/blog at least seven days before those terms apply. For anyone who obtained access earlier, this policy does not reduce their contractual or statutory rights — the prior-customer protections below continue unchanged.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 The Rule

A subscription charge is refundable in exactly these cases:

1. Billing errors — a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a charge made after a confirmed cancellation took effect;
2. Statutory rights — any refund or remedy applicable law requires, including for unauthorized transactions reported promptly; and
3. First-charge goodwill window — on request, the first charge of a subscription: within 7 days of the first charge for a monthly plan, or within 14 days of the first charge for a yearly plan.

Not refundable: renewal charges (except billing errors and statutory rights), partial periods after cancellation — access simply continues to the end of the paid period — and the free trial, which has no charge to refund.

2.2 Disputes

Please contact support@agentmasterkey.com before opening a card dispute — billing errors and the goodwill window above are faster to resolve directly. Nothing here removes your right to dispute a charge with your card provider, and nothing limits a non-waivable statutory right.

2.3 How to Request a Refund

Email support@agentmasterkey.com with your Stripe receipt number or your license key; either is enough.

Do not send passwords, API keys, agent keys, full payment-card details, or other secrets.

Requests are reviewed individually. During launch, refund approvals sit with the owner — the goodwill window in Section 2.1 is a promise about what will be approved, not a self-serve button.

2.4 What a Refund Does to Access

A full refund ends the license: the license key is disabled on the license service, and the app returns to the paywall state the next time it checks. A partial credit or billing correction that leaves the charge substantially in place does not end the license.

A payment dispute (chargeback) also disables the license, whether or not the dispute is later resolved; if the dispute is resolved in the customer's favor the license stays disabled, and if it is resolved in ours a new purchase can restore access.

Honest offline note: the app verifies entitlement with the license service but works offline between checks. A Mac that stays disconnected can keep working until its saved entitlement expires — up to about 45 days — even after a refund or dispute ends the license. We disclose this rather than promise instant revocation.

Your local vault, agents, connectors, and audit trail are never deleted as part of a refund, dispute, cancellation, or lapse — they stay saved on your Mac and work again if access is restored.

3. Prior Transactions

For access obtained before the Public Preview, AM Accelerated LLC continues to review:

• Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
• Access-delivery failures requiring support correction.
• Any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Prior final-sale terms remain effective except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. We do not display historical offer amounts in this policy.

4. Requesting Review (Prior Transactions)

Email support@agentmasterkey.com and include the order number, the email address used for the transaction, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, agent keys, full payment-card details, or other secrets.

We do not publish an acknowledgment or response-time promise that has not been proved by a real inbox round-trip.

If a remedy is approved, legacy entitlement state may be updated. No local vault, audit trail, connector configuration, or agent-key record is deleted or modified as part of that update.

5. Consumer Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable statutory right. Consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have rights in addition to this policy, including rights relating to digital content, unauthorized transactions, and failure to supply conforming software.

6. Data Handling

Agent Master Key is local-first. Provider credentials and agent-key secrets remain in the encrypted local vault on the user's Mac. AM Accelerated LLC does not have access to those stored credentials.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which retains transaction records under its own privacy policy. AM Accelerated LLC retains the subscription, license, and prior-transaction records needed for accounting, support, disputes, and legally required remedies, as described in the Privacy Policy.
